I attended an Outstanding Management Skills Workshop, with John Males. Excellent highly recommend!!! The course content was great and covered many areas as a new manager that I felt were very good. John Males engaged us in what he was teaching, and used many activities and role-play models where he could see our strengths and weakness.” View Full Letter (PDF)
Thank you so much for the great two-day outstanding workshop! It was very inspiring, informative, really well presented and I enjoyed each topic offered. I look forward to implement the tools and utilize my knowledge by practicing. The most interesting part for me was the behavior style and communication skills sections. Recognizing people’s different behavioral styles, understanding how to interact more successfully with others and be open-minded on different approaches can help tremendously in life, at my workplace and in my personal life. It was very useful training and it helped us all to get to know each other better. You did a great job of keeping it interesting and still keeping it on track to meet our objectives.
This management skills training course was very thorough and complete. It was fun and engaging. The best sections for me were Employee Evaluation, Communication and Delegation. We definitely needed this training!
The instructor was fluid with a great attitude and lots of relevant experience. He was able to keep our team interested all day. I will continue using the personality styles tool to work better with my staff and clients.
I really enjoyed all of the sections of this course. Performance Management was very useful for me. Our instructor was able to map his experience and was accommodating to all participants in the workshop.
